About Me

In 2005, at the age of 45, I was feeling “old”. Despite being physically active and maintaining what I thought was a reasonably good diet, I had gained weight, felt low on energy and was experiencing numerous physical pains and injuries.

In 2006 I completely changed my approach to nutrition and training for fitness, health and wellness. Since then, I have continually sought to improve my knowledge and skills by researching and studying various methods, as well as attending numerous certifications, seminars and workshops. I have sought, and continue to seek, the best teachers and coaches available. I have learned that the most important element of any training method is proper movement and the ability to improve and maintain the body's natural movement patterns through mobility, flexibility, and control.

My passion and motivation is to also help others improve their Movement potential regardless of current abilities.

My motto is “Movement is Life”! Loss of movement ability accelerates aging, but it is never too late to turn things around for a longer, improved quality of life.
